Some friends and I were planning a potluck, talking about potluck dishes, and deviled eggs came up. At that moment, I realized that the one thing that had been missing my entire life from deviled eggs was bacon.

I was trying my hand at making orange curd, and I couldn't get it to set. It was still delicious, though, so I sat down to figure out what to do with it. Ice cream!
